Apply the conditioner to detangle your lengths with your fingers or a comb. This helps reduce breakage along the lengths.

Use
Distribute a hazelnut-sized amount through the lengths of your clean, towel-dried hair, avoiding the roots. Leave on for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
