As a conditioner:
Apply to wet, towel-dried hair from mid-lengths to ends.
Wavy/curly hair: leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse.
Coily/kinky hair: leave on for 15 to 30 minutes before rinsing.
As a pre-shampoo treatment:
Apply to dampened hair, leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour under a warm towel, then rinse and continue with your usual routine.
