Shipping Costs and Information
Shipping is generally available only to the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped via DHL, depending on its size. The applicable shipping costs (including VAT) are listed below.
If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please contact us before placing your order by e-mail at order@sanganni.de. Please specify the product, quantity, destination country, and postal code. We will inform you promptly whether delivery to that country is possible and, if so, provide the shipping costs after checking with our shipping partner.
I. Shipping within Germany
We charge a flat rate of €5.50 (VAT included) per order.
For orders over €65.00, shipping is free of charge.
Delivery time from order processing: approx. 5–7 working days.
Shipping via DHL – tracking number included.
Express delivery is currently not available.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping costs are €17.90 per order.
Delivery time within Europe: approx. 7–10 working days.
